LeapFive Signs Cooperation Framework Agreement for

the Asian Cities Carbon Reduction Card – Macau

 

 

On October 20, 2023, the “Asian Cities Carbon Reduction Card – Macau” program, led by the Macau-Taiwan Chamber of Commerce and the Taipei City Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with companies such as LeapFive Technology, Mobii Green Power, Green Resources, and Wanbo Technology, conducted a signing ceremony for the cooperation framework agreement at the Human Resource Service Industrial Park within the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.

President of the Macau-Taiwan Chamber of Commerce, William Koi; Chairman of Taipei City Chamber of Commerce, Wu Hwa Tien; CEO & CTO of Guangdong LeapFive Technology Co., Ltd., Dr. Aglaia Kong; Chairman of Mobii Green Energy Co., Ltd., Zeng Guan-Zhi; Assistant General Manager of Macao Newland Maanbok Technology Co., Ltd., Kuong Peng Wang; and General Manager of Green Resource Company Limited, Thalia Kong, participated in the signing event as honored guests. Yi, Wun-Mu, Chairman of the Cross-Strait Committee of the Taipei City Chamber of Commerce; Zhao Weijun, Vice Chairman of the Cross-Strait Committee of the Taipei City Chamber of Commerce; Zhang Yixuan, Executive Director of the Cross-Strait Committee of the Taipei City Chamber of Commerce; Hsu Jinghui of the Macau-Taiwan Chamber of Commerce; David Cong of JCP Capital; Li Shilei, Director of Core Trend’s Corporate Communication and Public Affairs; Wu Fushun, Co-founder and COO of Zeyangworld OneESG Platform; Tao Bei, Chairman of Zeyangworld Seven Generations; and Chen Tuyan, Head of Strategy of Puchong, attended the event as special guests, witnessing the contract signing that paves the way for the One Card to implement across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau.

 

 

 

The Asian Cities Carbon Reduction Card project will utilize cutting-edge technology for the development, integration, and gradual implementation of the “Macau Transportation Card for Mainland China,” “Macau Transportation Card for Taiwan,” and ultimately, the “Hong Kong, Macau, and Cross-Strait Transportation Card.” This progressive approach will enable the interconnection and interoperability of public transport fare collection systems in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan while incorporating additional payment scenarios for the One Card, streamlining exchanges between individuals from both sides of the Taiwan Strait and the three regions.

To support governmental and corporate initiatives aimed at achieving carbon reduction objectives in Macau and the Guangdong-Macao-Shenzhen-Joint Region, LeapFive Technology, Mobii Green Power, and Green Resource are jointly providing services that encompass sustainable energy transformation, integrated photovoltaic, storage, and charging solutions, intelligent energy management, industrial intelligence, industrial upgrading, and innovative payment methods. These entities actively seek collaboration with the Macau government to expedite the city’s attainment of carbon reduction targets.

 

 

 

LeapFive Technology will offer advanced technical support and collaborate with partner companies to propel the implementation of innovative digital technology applications. These include Digital Citizenship, Digital RMB Circulation, Urban Internet of Things, Digital Trade, and Blockchain. This initiative promotes green technology and sustainable development while realizing urban sustainability and carbon reduction goals through multi-party cooperation.
